PEOs and PO's (M.Tech) Embedded Systems


Program Educational Objectives (PEOs):

This programme is meant to prepare our students to professionally thrive and to lead.During their progression:

PEO 1: Graduates will acquire knowledge in digital system design that is necessary to formulate and solve problems related to Embedded Systems.

PEO 2: Graduates will develop knowledge in experimentation and analysis of Embedded systems problems, to design and develop novel products/solutions for real time problems.

PEO 3: Graduates will communicate effectively, recognize and incorporate societal needs and constraints in their professional endeavours, and practice their profession with high regard to legal and ethical responsibilities.

PEO 4: To develop teamwork, effective communication skills, professional and ethical attitude and life-long learning needed for successful professional career.

Program Outcomes (POs):

PO 1. An ability to independently carry out research /investigation and development work to solve practical problems.

PO 2. An ability to write and present a substantial technical report/document.

PO 3. Students should be able to demonstrate a degree of mastery over the area as per the specialization of the program. The mastery should be at a level higher than the requirements in the appropriate bachelor program.

PO 4. An ability to demonstrate research-based knowledge and research methods, apply these to one’s own work, as a member and leader in a team, to manage projects in multidisciplinary environments.

PO 5. Understanding of professional and ethical responsibility.

PO 6. An ability to engage in life-long learning in the broadest context of technological change.
